A group of men guarded the city that had become a lawless zone. Humans with "sacred tattoos" that sealed the power of ferocious beasts are collectively called "SCARDs". They each have their own special abilities and defensive power that can make all attacks ineffective, such as bullets being deflected before hitting the body, and swords being shattered. "Helios" who uses the power of tattoos to protect the city, "Artemis" who protects the organization, and "public security agents" who protect order have become emerging forces and guard the Akatsuki Special Zone. Although weak, the resistance continues every day, and even so they still carry out their own "justice". They survive in such turmoil - this is a story that depicts their normal daily life.
