Description：The Japanese-Turkish co-production film "Shipwreck 1890" is based on a true story. The story takes place in September 1890 in the waters near Oshima, Kushimoto Town, Wakayama Prefecture, Japan. The warship carrying the Turkish ambassadors sank, and 618 people on board fell into the sea, resulting in the death of more than 500 people. A total of 69 survivors were rescued by local people. This shipwreck and rescue incident is still engraved in the hearts of the Turkish people.
