The interview continues in Season 2. In 2022, vampire Louis de Pointe du Lac (Jacob Anderson) tells journalist Daniel Molloy (Eric Bogosian) his life story. After plotting to kill vampire Lestat de Lioncourt (Sam Reid) in 1940, Louis and novice vampire girl Claudia (Delainey Hayles) embark on an adventure across Europe, together the two explore Old World vampires and the vampire theaters of Paris. It is in Paris that Louis first meets vampire Armand (Assad Zaman). Their courtship and sexual relationship prove to have devastating consequences in the past and future, and Molloy will explore the truth buried in his memories.
