Ryosuke (played by Tori Matsuzaka), a young man who runs a Western coffee shop, is about to marry his beloved girl Chie (played by Nana Kiyono), but when he is in the limelight, Chie suddenly disappears, and his father Yosuke suffers from pancreatic cancer and has not many days left. While helping to sort out the sundries, Ryosuke accidentally turned out a few old notebooks with the cover inscribed with "Lily Heart (Swaying Heart)". The notebook is filled with a monologue of a woman written in pencil. She claims to have been afraid of the outside world since she was a child, but an accidental murder comforts her helpless heart. The extremely realistic description in the notes makes Ryosuke very scared, but he can't stop. At the same time, Ms. Hosoya (played by Kimura Tae), who claims to be Chie's friend, comes to him and reveals to him the reason why Chie disappeared. In the process of reading the notes, Ryosuke seems to be tightly grasped by this woman named Mitsuko (played by Yoshitaka Yuriko), and there is a great secret hidden in it... This film is adapted from the novel of the same name by Maho Numata.
