On a hot summer day, a couple was brutally murdered in a suburban community in Hachioji, Tokyo. Afterwards, the murderer wrote a big "anger" on the wall with blood, then fled and disappeared for a year. During this period, three unidentified men met people around them. Aiko (Aoi Miyazaki), who had fallen into depravity, was taken back to the seaside town by her father (Ken Watanabe) and met the taciturn Tetsuya (Kenichi Matsuyama). Yuma (Satoshi Tsumabuki), a homosexual working in Tokyo, brought the tender Naoto (Go Ayano) home. He didn't believe him, but tried to believe him. Koizumi (Suzu Hirose), who moved to Okinawa with her mother, followed her classmate Tatsuya (Takara Sakumoto) to a deserted island and met a backpacker Tanaka (Mirai Moriyama) in the ruins. They became friends for a short time, and a terrible fate suddenly fell on Izumi. Soon after, wanted orders were issued all over the country, and the true identities of the three men were questionable...
