Description：In this world, there exists a creature called "Phantom Spirit". The story takes place in Fusia Academy, where an organization called "Brain Function Abnormality Countermeasures Room" is set up to deal with the dangers and troubles brought by Phantom Spirit. Haruhiko Ichijo (voiced by Hiroshi Shimono) is a freshman and a member of the Countermeasures Room. He has the ability to use paintings to seal Phantom Spirits and is a resourceful strategist. Kawagami Mai (voiced by Sumire Uesaka) is Haruhiko Ichijo's senior. She is cheerful and impulsive and often causes a lot of trouble.
