The story takes place in Detroit, the United States. The rising crime rate and the continued expansion of criminal forces have made the police miserable. In order to control these "unstable factors", the police have drawn a "red brick zone" to isolate criminals and civilians. In the zone, the criminal group headed by drug lord Tremaine (Robert Fitzgerald Diggs RZA) controls most of the resources and power, building a precarious and delicate balance. An accident made Lino (David Belle) a thorn in Tremaine's side. In order to lead Lino out, Tremaine kidnapped his girlfriend Lola (Catalina Denis). At the same time, the ambitious agent Damian (Paul Walker) also hopes to bring the evil Tremaine to justice.
