The Cat's Eye Sisters are a group of thieves who specialize in stealing works of art. When they commit crimes, they always leave behind cards with the words "Cat's Eye Sisters". The artworks stolen by the Cat's Eye Sisters all belong to their long-lost father Heinz (a famous art collector). Detective Utsumi Toshio of the Inunaki Police Station is responsible for investigating the case of the Cat's Eye Sisters, but the arrest operations have failed again and again because the Cat's Eye Sisters are at large. Hitomi Raiu is Toshio Utsumi's girlfriend and runs a cafe also named "Cat's Eye". Toshio Utsumi doesn't know that Hitomi Raiu is one of the Cat's Eye Sisters...
