Over the endless farm, Dust (voiced by Dane Cook), a crop duster, is eager to enter the competition venue. On weekdays, his friend Chuck (voiced by Brad Garrett), a pesticide sprayer, serves as a coach and technician. Dust flies quickly around the farm regardless of his own conditions, and is often scolded by the repair car Dottie (voiced by Teri Hatcher), but he still resolutely signs up for the preliminaries of the Wings Around the World Race. Dust is extremely lucky to pass the preliminaries, but he also realizes the gap between himself and professional competition aircraft, so he asks the retired fighter captain (voiced by Stacy Keach), who is said to have shot down 50 enemy aircraft, to be his coach.
