Ichinomiya Yuki (voiced by Hiroshi Kamiya), a son of a wealthy conglomerate, is free and carefree. He is like a rich young man born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He is about to graduate from the prestigious T University, and his future life is bright and enviable. He remembers the family motto of the Ichinomiya family, "Don't ask for help, don't owe anyone", and is proud of it. However, the cruelty of reality has forced him to owe favors to others. When driving across the Arakawa River, he was robbed of his expensive sports car by several teenagers, and his pants were forcibly taken off and hung on the top of the bridge. Ah Xing, who was trying to be a hero, accidentally fell into the water while climbing the bridge. At the critical moment, he was rescued by Xiao Shan (voiced by Maaya Sakamoto), a girl nearby. Ah Xing, who owed favors to others, agreed to be Xiao Shan's lover. He reluctantly stayed in the Arakawa riverbed with the girl who claimed to be a Venusian, and explained a pair of radio wave weirdos living there: Kappa Village Chief, Star, Samurai, Nun, Iron Man Brothers, etc. The interesting and bizarre story unfolds...
