After defeating Ma Jiaowen together, King (played by Andy Lau) and Hua Gu Long (played by Nick Cheung) teamed up with Hua Gu Long's cousin Ah Le (played by Chen Baixiang) to defraud the evil man Dayanwen of a sum of money. When they were about to enjoy themselves, Dayanwen took Hua Gu Long away. King and Ah Le were taken by the police to meet with Chinese senior officials. They were sent to Las Vegas to capture the big con man Peter Zhu (played by Alex Man). In order to get a huge sum of money to save Hua Gu Long, King accepted this mission and went to Las Vegas. In Las Vegas, Xiao Xin (played by Yu Fang) and Ah Bian (played by Kelly Lin) wanted to find a rich son-in-law, and later joined King's ranks of con men. Finally, they met Peter. The two deceived each other and fought more times, and hostility gradually grew. King used Ah Bian as bait to seduce Peter successfully. They went to Los Angeles via the desert highway. On the way, Peter tried his best to escape. Everyone fought hard in the desert. Peter's men actually rescued him with a helicopter.
