Tony (Al Pacino), a Cuban refugee youth, fled to Miami, USA, and became a typical American street thug who was not afraid of heaven or earth. Tony worked for a local drug lord. Because of his ruthlessness, courage and carefulness, he helped the boss to complete several tasks very well and was quickly appreciated and became the drug lord's first right-hand man. However, Tony was not satisfied with this. He first took over a big order from the drug lord in Venezuela, and then removed the thorns in his eyes one by one, and his power continued to expand.
