Description：In season two, Julia (Sarah Lancashire) grapples with her rising fame and status as her show goes off the air and a weekly cooking show was almost unheard of at the time. While preparing for season two of Chef de France, Julia is taking some much-needed time off in France, following her visit to a series of renowned restaurants and chefs in the South of France, Washington, D.C. and Boston. Julia and her team are spearheading the creation of female-led public access television, and in the process, they are reflecting on issues prevalent in today’s society. The first three episodes take place on the French Riviera and Paris, with the crew travelling to Provence, Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Paris last summer.
