A Jin (Josh Stewart), a man with a criminal record, makes a living by working as an insect exterminator, but this meager salary is nothing compared to the huge amount of money he has to lend and his wife and children who are waiting to eat. In desperation, he turns to his employer, jeweler Mike Chase (Michael Reilly Burke). When the Chase family goes on vacation, Jin finds his old friend Roy (Robert Wisdom). He plans to steal the jewelry from Chase's house and asks Roy to sell it. At night, Jin sneaks into the empty house of Chase's family. But his luck is so bad that he finds that someone has come here first. The mysterious man who calls himself a "collector" does not seem to be targeting money, but human life. Jin wants to give up, but finds himself trapped in this hellish house...
