After being released from prison, Wei Lu, an Indian man who used to be involved in the underworld, wanted to live a normal life. Unfortunately, he was in the underworld and had no choice. His beloved younger brother followed his old friend into the underworld; the former boss Black Morley was said to have returned to Hong Kong and plotted to kill Inspector Chen of the Mobile Force; Police Officer Fei Tong (played by Lam Suet) would find Wei Lu every now and then to get clues. Wei Lu was overwhelmed, but he could do nothing about it. On the other hand, Yau Tsim Mong in Hong Kong was a mixed bag, and undercurrents were surging from all sides. The mobile force led by Sen (played by Simon Yam) and May (played by Maggie Shiu) had to quell the fight between the underworld forces while tracking down the knifemen hired by Black Morley. Where will the situation develop in the end?
