The film tells the story of "Falcon" Chapman, played by White, who avenges his sister and slaughters people in the Brazilian slums. Chapman, a retired Marine played by White, is described as a "dark anti-hero" who is tortured by guilt and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). In the film, his sister went to the Brazilian slums as a member of a charity organization to work, but was brutally murdered and her body was exposed on the street. Chapman then flew to Sao Paulo to track down the murderer of his sister and the overseas forces of the Japanese gangs that control the slums. As a lone hero, he started a bloody battle alone.
