The super popular band CRUDEPLAY is in full swing. Although it benefited from the careful creation of the famous producer Takagi Soichiro (played by Sorimachi Takashi), the shadow member of the band, Ogasawara Aki (played by Sato Takeru), has made an indelible contribution. Before his debut, Aki was the bassist of the band, but he was tired of the commercial music circle and unspoken rules and chose to live in seclusion behind the scenes. The emotional entanglement between him and the famous singer Jasmine (played by Aibu Saki) and the producer Takagi made him physically and mentally exhausted. By chance, he met a plain-looking high school girl Riko Koeda (played by Ohara Sakurako). Starting with a lie, the two came together.
