Ray Monroe (Sam Worthington) is a well-meaning but overwhelmed family man. After a stressful holiday weekend with his in-laws, Ray drives home with his wife Joanne (Lily Rabe) and daughter Perry (Lucy Capri) and pulls into a rest area on the way. However, it's rainy and rainy night, and Perry is injured in an accident. The family rushes her to a nearby emergency room, where the staff seems to have some suspicious intentions. After being sent for further testing, Perry and Joanne disappear, and all their visit records disappear. Ray's concerns become true: he must race against time to find his family and find out what happened to them.
