The Count is determined to find the five "Armaments of God" recorded in the Bible that were lost for 800 years and used to fight the devil. After some efforts, he found three of them, including the "Sword of the Holy Spirit" that Asian Eagle Jackie (Jackie Chan) took from the African natives, while the other two were in the hands of a group of terrorists. Jackie's friend Alan (Alan Tam)'s girlfriend Laura (Rosamund Kwan) was kidnapped by terrorists dressed as monks during a fashion show, and the other party hoped to use her to exchange for the "Armaments of God" they were missing. Alan asked Jackie for help, and Jackie borrowed the three "Armaments of God" he had from the Count, pledging that he would snatch the two "Armaments of God" that the Count was missing from the terrorists. Jackie, Alan and the Count's daughter traveled west to Europe to rescue people and seize treasures.
