Wright (Jason Statham) is a former New York policeman who does not follow the rules and only recognizes the truth. One day, he saw a group of armed gang members besieging a 12-year-old Chinese girl, Mei (Catherine Chan) in the subway station. His sense of justice arose spontaneously, so he educated the gang and protected the little girl. Then, Hong Kong triad members, Russian gangsters, killers sent by politicians, and villains in the police station came to the door one after another. In desperation, Wright had to take Mei to start a desperate life of hiding in the map of New York. It turned out that Mei had a photographic memory.
