In an abandoned factory in the suburbs, a film crew is filming a crude and simple zombie film. Director Higurashi Takayuki (Hamazu Takayuki) is dissatisfied with the acting of the heroine Matsumoto Aika (Akiyama Yuzuki), so he is furious and yells. At the suggestion of staff member Harumi (Shihāma Harumi), the crew temporarily stopped filming. During the break, Harumi told Matsumoto and the actor Kamiya Kazuaki (Nagaya Kazuaki) who plays the zombie about the horror of the factory during World War II. At this moment, an ominous loud noise suddenly came, and not long after, a staff member suddenly appeared as a zombie and started to bite other crew members crazily. The cast and crew fled in all directions, but the crazy director raised the camera and started filming the movie he had always dreamed of.
