The film describes the Chinese Expeditionary Force's entry into Burma. In 1941, Japan's conspiracy to sweep across Southeast Asia was exposed. The Burma Road, the only channel connecting China to the outside world, was in danger! Chiang Kai-shek urgently summoned Lieutenant General Duan Zhongyi (played by Zhang Fengyi) of the Yunnan Army and ordered him to be responsible for military coordination with the Allied command. Duan Zhongyi actively participated in the planning of the Burma War. His children went to the anti-Japanese battlefield and fought bloody battles. They survived nine deaths and drove the Japanese pirates out of the country, composing a heroic chapter of the Chinese people fighting against foreign aggression and sacrificing their lives for the country.
