Universal Pictures announced today that it will create a sequel to the 2014 summer dark horse R-rated comedy "Neighbors", which will be released in North America on May 13, 2016. The film stars Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Rose Byrne will all return. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the sequel to "Neighbors" will stage a "gender swap". In the first part, Logan and Byrne played a young couple with a newborn daughter, and fought a fierce battle with the noisy young people from the university fraternity who moved in next door, but in the sequel they will face a group of female students from the university sorority who are even more than the others. After several rounds of confrontation, the young couple felt overwhelmed, so they invited foreign aid, which was Zac Efron, who went from enemy to friend with them in the first part-the president of the Devil Brotherhood "became a good man" and became an A&F figure male model.
