Adapted from the manga of the same name by Tetsuya Tsutsui. The story tells that the population and resources on the isolated island of Izari are scarce. The black figs produced by the young man Keita Izumi (played by Tatsuya Fujiwara) on the island have successfully attracted a large amount of capital. Kenichi Matsuyama plays the hunter Jun Tanabe who grew up with Keita since childhood. The fate of the two was changed by a murder case.
