In this episode, the brave detective Chen Jiaju (played by Jackie Chan) will travel to the mainland and infiltrate the international arms and drug smuggling group as a prisoner. With the help of the mainland beauty police officer Yang Jianhua (played by Michelle Yeoh), Jiaju successfully approached Baoqiang (played by Yuen Wah), a member of the group who was serving a sentence. Baoqiang regarded Jiaju as his confidant and planned a prison break with him. In order to play a long game, Jiaju readily agreed. After they escaped from prison, Baoqiang advocated to hide in Jiaju's hometown that he made up casually. Fortunately, Yang Jianhua arranged in advance, so that they did not reveal their tracks. Yang Jianhua claimed to be Jiaju's sister and went with them. They came to Hong Kong to meet the boss of the group, Chai Ba, and successfully became a member of the group. Chai Ba took his men to Kuala Lumpur to rescue his kidnapped wife and met Jiaju's girlfriend Amei (played by Maggie Cheung). Amei didn't know that Jiaju was on a mission and thought that he and Yang Jianhua were having an affair. Amei's actions aroused the suspicion of the group members, and a series of battles were about to break out!
