Eleven years have passed since the last adventure, and Andy (voiced by John Morris) has become a 17-year-old sunny boy. This summer, Andy is about to start college life, and he must tidy up his room for his sister. Previously, toys such as Woody (voiced by Tom Hanks) and Buzz Lightyear (voiced by Tim Allen) had been looking forward to Andy playing with them again, but as time went by, they were left out in the box for a long time. Andy cherished these childhood playmates very much, so he prepared to put them in the attic. Who would have thought that his mother would throw the toys into the street as waste. The toys misunderstood Andy, so they ran away angrily and would rather be donated to the Sunshine Home Kindergarten. Woody tried his best to persuade everyone, but to little avail, so he had to leave alone sadly. Buzz Lightyear and the others thought they would return to the happy times of the past, but unexpectedly they fell into a conspiracy...
