In a national cycling championship, the unlucky professional cyclist Geng Hao (Huang Bo) lost to his opponent who was lucky by 0.01 seconds and finished second. Then he was framed by the profiteer Li Fala (Jiu Kong) and was banned for life because of a positive drug test, which made his coach (Ma Shaohua) furious.
