Under the rule of the military government, the western part of Myanmar has been coveted by the army for many years because of its rich resources. In order to enter the area to provide humanitarian assistance to refugees, a church volunteer team found the reclusive Rambo (Sylvester Stallone) in Thailand, hoping that the latter, who is familiar with the river, can provide help.
