Black Panther (Alan Tang) is a well-known thief in the industry. He can get anything he wants. One day, a government official, Mr. Wong (Kam Sun Wong), found Black Panther and asked him to steal a silver box in order to test the strength of the newly installed security system. Black Panther readily agreed and asked Jia Jia (Carrie Ng), Meng Bohui (Tony Leung), Cheng Ren (Simon Yam) and his apprentice Qingqing (Brigitte Lin) to assist. However, when Black Panther acted alone, he was attacked by his former senior brother, Blood Wolf (Yuen Wah). Fortunately, Qingqing rescued him and Black Panther was able to escape. It turned out that Blood Wolf was the culprit who killed Black Panther's master just to get the treasure of the town, the "Leopard Head Knife". The silver box that Black Panther wanted to steal contained the evidence of Blood Wolf's murder.
