Mamadi (Feng Cuifan), a Taoist priest from Maoshan, is at odds with his peers. He takes his two apprentices, Ahao (Li Jiasheng) and Aqiang (Xiong Xinxin), to start a new business and make a living in the Jiangnan area. The two apprentices are very naughty and often manipulate zombies to fight each other. Ahao believes that he has mastered the magic and asks his master to let him drive the corpses independently. With the master's consent, Ahao drives a zombie called Tiantang from Dadi alone on the road. On the way, he meets Zhuzhu (Li Lizhen), a fashionable girl returning from San Francisco, and suddenly becomes playful and plays with Zhuzhu. However, in the middle of the night, Ahao is attacked by a group of people and his zombie is robbed. The person behind the scenes turns out to be a foreign scientist who hopes to win the Nobel Prize for studying zombies. But after being injected with a drug, the zombies resurrect and start killing. It seems that only the music in Zhuzhu's pocket watch can calm him down...
