Laura (Alicia Vikander)'s father has devoted his life to studying ancient tombs. When Laura was still young, his father disappeared in an adventure. In a blink of an eye, many years have passed, and Laura has always refused to admit the news of her father's death, and refused to take over her father's business empire. By chance, Laura found the adventure notes left by her father. Her father hoped that Laura could burn these materials, but in order to find her father's whereabouts, Laura decided to look for the island recorded in the notes. Laura found a man named Lu Ren (played by Daniel Wu), and the two embarked on a journey together. As soon as they got on the island, Laura and Lu Ren met Mathias (played by Walton Goggins) and his mercenary team who had always been against their father. Mathias was determined to find the trace of the ancient tomb, and he killed Laura's father who refused to reveal any news. Now, Laura has also fallen into his clutches. What fate will she encounter?
