The story tells about a designer, Satoru Mizushima (played by Kazuya Ninomiya), who met a mysterious woman, Miyuki (played by Haru), in a cafe. He was attracted by Miyuki, who shared the same values as him. He then took the initiative to exchange contact information, but Miyuki declined: We can meet when we want to. So the two met in the cafe every Thursday, and their feelings grew deeper. However, when Satoru Mizushima was about to propose to Miyuki, Miyuki did not show up in the cafe on Thursday... The film is adapted from the novel of the same name by Takeshi Kitano.
