Set in Cannes on the Cote d'Azur, the series tells a lighthearted and humorous story of the relationship between an idealistic and ambitious female police officer and a Canadian ex-con and master counterfeiter on the run from the police and gangs. Forced into an unlikely - and unexpectedly successful - crime-fighting partnership, the pair solve a murder at the end of each episode. However, the series' long arc focuses on the protagonist's search for the criminal who framed her father, a local hero police officer who is in prison for a murder he did not commit.
