Description:Ishikawa Gen (Ken Ishiguro), a doctor who returned with honors from Kansas, was hired to work at the Tenjin Building Hospital. However, what caught his eyes was not the scene of doctors saving lives and healing the wounded, but the chaotic scene of doctors on duty absent and derelict of duty, and patients left unattended. What he couldn't stand in particular was that the head surgeon of the Tenjin Building, Sima Etaro (Yuji Oda), had no sense of responsibility as a doctor to treat patients with all his strength. Sima would never continue to participate in the rescue work after get off work, but he could rescue the son of a congressman for an objective reward; he had an ambiguous relationship with a medical device businessman and shared interests. Introduction
