The story takes place in a mental hospital - Kajiki Hidemaru (Shofukutei Tsurube) was sentenced to death for killing his mother and wife, but miraculously escaped death during the execution; Ah Zhong (Ayano Go) was once an ordinary office worker, but because of the increasingly serious auditory hallucinations, he was discriminated against and eventually lost his job and his life was ruined; Yuki (Komatsu Nana) was a female high school student, but she strongly resisted going to school and locked herself in her room all day, and was eventually sent to a nursing home by her parents who could no longer bear it. All kinds of patients live here, each with a tragic past, but they have formed a special connection with each other that is similar to family but better than family. However, the occurrence of a homicide broke this hard-earned balance.
