The film tells the story of boxer Marty (Paddy Considine), a world middleweight boxing champion, who has a beautiful daughter, Mia, with his wife Emma (Jodie Whittaker). In the last boxing match at the end of his career, Marty met a strong young opponent, the arrogant, eccentric and controversial Andrew, who had always claimed to win the championship. This match completely changed Marty's life. After the match, Marty successfully defended his title, but suffered a serious brain injury, which changed his life, marriage and future.
