Introduction
The largest triad gang in Hong Kong, "Wo Luen Sheng", held its biennial election for officers. As the leaders of the two regions, Ah Lok (Simon Yam) and Da D (Tony Leung) secretly fought for the throne. The elders with voting rights also fought for their own interests, so the election was quite unsuccessful. As a result, Ah Lok was elected as an officer again. Da D, who was dissatisfied, decided to challenge the gang rules. He wanted to grab the dragon head stick, which symbolized the highest power, and organize a new gang.
