The story follows the previous episode. The lovely female dolphin Winter has now become a household name in the United States. Together with her little master Sawyer (Nathan Gamble) and the administrator Dr. Cameron (Morgan Freeman), Winter has settled in the Clearwater Oceanarium, performing a pleasant show from time to time, gaining praise and applause from the audience. I thought the past storms were gone and the good life was about to continue. At this juncture, a regulation issued by the US Department of Agriculture put Sawyer and his group into trouble again. According to the regulations, Winter can only stay in the oceanarium if she finds a partner, otherwise, she will be released back to the sea and return to nature. In this way, Dr. Cameron began to busy himself with the "blind date" for Winter, but he didn't know that this matter was so difficult to do.
