Introduction
On the surface, Shi Sheng (Ekin Cheng) is just an ordinary man, but in his body, the soul of the demon Shangguan Jingwo (Kwan Lai-kit) lurks. The news that the demon is about to be resurrected spreads in the world, and the Emei Sect takes on the responsibility of slaying the demon. The elders sent Emei disciples Yu Yingnan (Chen Songling), Yi Jing (Hu Yingwen) and Shen Tuhong (Ou Ruiwei) to eliminate the demon in its infancy. As time goes by, Yu Yingnan and Shi Sheng gradually develop feelings. Under the guidance of the demon king Xuanyuan (Luo Lelin), Shi Sheng becomes possessed and eventually turns into a blood demon. In order to save his lover, Yu Yingnan cuts off his right hand. The blood demon falls into the magic pool on Shi Sheng's right hand, and then gets on Cui Ying (Zhong Shuhui). The safety of the Emei Sect hangs on a thread.
