This is a drama about a group of people in the era. It tells the story of a group of people with lofty ambitions, led by Xu Banxia, who are surging, actively exploring, and constantly innovating in the tide of reform and opening up. It also shows the reality of small and medium-sized enterprises surviving and seeking development in the tide of the times in the 1990s. Xu Banxia (played by Zhao Liying), Tong Xiaoqi (played by Ou Hao), and Chen Yuzhou (played by Huang Chengcheng) started from scratch. They initially collected scrap steel as their business, and then gradually came into contact with the steel industry. They began to deal with large state-owned enterprises, foreign companies, and private enterprises.
