The drama is adapted from the manga of the same name by Tada Nona, telling the short love story of two people who are both running out of time. Kyomoto Daiga plays the university philosophy teacher Akifumi Manno, and Fujiwara Sakura plays the cheerful heroine Chidawara Ichika. The directors are Masaki Hayashi and Shunpei Marutani, and the screenwriters are Masako Imai and Mihiro Tomiyasu. The heroine Ichika was told that she could live for two years in her second year of high school, but she exceeded that limit and became a college student.
