Description:Margaret (Daniela Denby-Ashe), who grew up in the idyllic scenery of southern England, quit her job as a pastor, and the family moved to the completely unfamiliar northern town of Milton. Unlike the warmth and comfort of the south, Milton was cold and dirty during the Industrial Revolution. There are no longer fragrant flowers and plants on the road, but rude workers and textile workshops with flying cotton. In addition to the inadaptability to the new environment, there is also the domineering and harsh treatment of workers by the young industrialist John Thornton (Richard Armitage), the owner of the textile factory, which makes Margaret's first impression of Thornton extremely bad. As Milton's life deepens, Margaret gradually realizes that the workers are rude and violent.
