During World War II, a US submarine was ambushed by a Japanese warship. Some American officers and soldiers were rescued by Chinese fisherman Lian Meizi and blacksmith Chen Zheng and hid in the village. On the other hand, the guerrilla force led by fisherman Lao Wan (played by Wei Zongwan) clashed with the Japanese army. Although it was unsuccessful, it accidentally rescued a Japanese woman named Haruko who served in the US Army. She was a cryptographer and mastered the highest military secrets of the Japanese army. In order to capture the US intelligence personnel, Major Nishihara led the elite troops into the small village. Lao Wan led the guerrillas and US soldiers to unite and engage in clever dealings and wonderful confrontations with the brutal enemy. Who will win the final victory?
