While on patrol, an outstanding young police officer in Taipei (played by Liming) dispersed a group of young men and women who were drinking and making noises and noticed a girl (played by Fang Siyu). This girl was forced to come to Taipei alone to make money after graduating from high school. She was taken to the police station many times because of partying in nightclubs with a group of drug-taking friends.
