Milo Boyd (Gerald Butler), a bounty hunter who is addicted to gambling and in debt, receives a job to hunt down his ex-wife, reporter Nicole Hurley (Jennifer Aniston). Nicole was wanted by the court for tracking down a bizarre suicide and missing her appearance in a traffic case involving assaulting a police officer. She tried every possible way to escape after she was caught up in the inside story of the suicide, which made the relationship between the two, who had already divorced because of their hatred for each other, even worse, until a mysterious killer suddenly appeared and wanted to kill Nicole. Milo then realized that he could not forget Nicole. In order to protect Nicole's safety, Milo took her to the "Cupid Manor" where the two had their honeymoon.
