Sebastian National Park is located in a seaside town called Claridge in Maryland, USA. People live leisurely and enjoy the gift of the Creator. But one day, two divers died accidentally. Their death was horrible, which caused panic in the town and the investigation and attention of the government and scientific researchers to the local water quality. Some people accused the local chicken farm of discharging chicken manure into the sea recklessly, while others vowed that the economy and environmental protection go hand in hand.
