Gotham Season 2 continues the plot of Season 1, telling the early days of Gotham City, the sin city in DC comics. Season 2 is called The Rise of the Villains, which tells the development history of major DC villains and heroes, including the early story of the Joker, Edward Nygma (Riddler) began to go astray, the Penguin began to control Gotham, and the childhood growth stories of Batman, Catwoman, Poison Ivy, Scarecrow and others. This season introduces the comic villain "Flying Tiger Girl" and her brother Theo Galvan, an industrialist with billions of assets, who calls himself the savior of Gotham, organized the first jailbreak of Arkham Asylum, including Barbara, the Joker and others, and used them to organize criminal activities. The first episode of Gotham Season 2 will return on the evening of September 21st, US time.
