"Mirror Forest", originally named "Cultural Hooligan", is a 2019 Taiwanese professional drama and the flagship TV series of the year. The drama is divided into three seasons and is based on the ecology of news media. The drama received a 106-year flagship TV series production subsidy of NT$63.3 million from the Ministry of Culture. Filming began on November 30, 2018 and ended on April 20, 2019. It premiered on FTV on December 1, 2019 and on PTV's main channel on December 7. The story begins with the news work of "Fireline News". In the face of collusion between officials and businessmen, threats and temptations, how do journalists uphold justice, stick to their ideals, write the most truthful reports and the deep human emotions in their hearts.
