After the hot summer, the leaves on the branches slowly turned red. In Central Park, squirrels and raccoons found that there were not enough nuts for the winter, and these small animals might face an unprecedented famine. Squirrels Sely (voiced by Will Arnett) and Andy (voiced by Katherine Heigl) were ordered to find nuts. They planned to rob a nut truck, but they caused a big mess and the nuts they had finally got were destroyed by fire. After that, Sely was exiled, and only his mouse friend Batty (voiced by Robert Tinkler) followed him from beginning to end. On the other hand, Andy and his self-satisfied companion Gleason embarked on a journey to find nuts. In the end, Andy and Sely met again in a nut shop with a rich inventory, and the boss behind the scenes turned out to be a notorious and vicious criminal. While the mantis stalks the cicada, the oriole is behind. The criminals plan a new robbery, but they don't know that a group of small animals are preparing to rob them...
