Description：There is a little boy nicknamed the Sloppy King. He is very sloppy and unhygienic. He believes in "If you eat something unclean, you won't get sick." One day, the Rat King wanted to conquer mankind and dominate the world, so he wanted to find someone to be a test subject for his germ weapons. The Rat Kingdom spy took a fancy to the Sloppy King because he was the only one who could eat unclean things. So, after the Sloppy King drank orange juice that was drugged by the rats, his body became the same size as a rat and he was tricked by the rat spies into the Rat Kingdom! After arriving in the Rat Kingdom, the Sloppy King really regretted it and wanted to go home but was locked up. Fortunately, the good friends of the Sloppy King, the cat and the dog, replaced the one that Dr. Rat was going to experiment on him, so the Sloppy King escaped.
